Only want advice of people over 23yrs old. I can't find a solution. ?

I met my gf on the internet. I really do love her. I was single for so long I didn't give value to my actions.

While we were together I was still contacting other people and sending dirty pics of me to them. I was doing it for entertainment and didn't even get many responses back. I WAS NOT PLANNING OR EVER GOING TO CHEAT. Truly, I just liked the attention knowing someone was attracted to me. Also I was looking at alot of dirty profile pics.

Now, she invaded my privacy and I wasn't being honest. I understand what I was doing wasn't right and I would have reacted the same way if I caught her doing the same. But I forgave her for invading my privacy and she obviously forgave me for doing what I did.

Since then we are very sweet to each other. I gave her my word that I wouldn't do anything like that again, and I haven't. But every other day or anytime we have a small argument she throws it in my face.

Also, I am accused constantly of checking out women whenever we go out, even if I glance at a woman walking in my direction.

I understand she's not gonna get over it anytime soon and I am gonna have to rebuild her confidence in me, but how? I am a man and there are beautiful women everywhere. I'm not breaking my neck to check anyone out, but I'm not gonna stare at the floor like an abused woman scared of her man....lol.

PLEASE HELP!!Only want advice of people over 23yrs old. I can't find a solution. ?
assure her you aren't checking out other people.

eventually she will have something else to throw in your face (us women like to switch it up yanno)

when in public, make her feel special, cause she obviously doesn't. hold her hand, and kiss her cheak. she will eventually get out of the ';hes checking out girls in public'; stage.Only want advice of people over 23yrs old. I can't find a solution. ?
Here's the thing. Remember how it felt when you were single? If you really like this woman, treat her and yourself with some respect. Look her in the eyes when you tell her you love her. Hug her. Let her know how important she is in your life and mean it. If you can't do any of these things, you're only kidding yourself. I can assure you, although I don't know you, if you were not with a woman you would not have other women showing interest in you. More important, your letting your ego or ';machismo'; screw up your relationship with this girl. Do the right thing.
sounds like you're not ready to be in a committed relationship.

also, you need to know that grass is not always greener, which is hard to find out if you havent dated around first.

i say, stop with the dirty pics and addiction to internet/porn, and start meeting REAL people.

go solo for a while. sow your wild oats.
Sounds like excuses because maybe you don't really like her as much as you keep telling yourself you do.

Desperation makes you do dumb things - like start to date someone you have no respect for.

If you did have respect, she wouldn't HAVE to worry about these things, and neither would you.

If she was really worth it, to you, it wouldn't be THAT hard to stop.

Gaining her trust back is easy, as actions speak louder then words, show her more often how you feel about her (cuddles, kisses and spending time together)
I think that you have to ask yourself if you really want to be in a relationship at this point in your life. When im with someone i really want to be with and someone i really want to make happy i dont stop checking out guys but i dont do it when my boyfriend is standing right there. Thats just disrespect.... how would you feel if she was checking out all the hot guys walking around right in front of your face?.... The way that shes reacting to you sounds like a few things i could relate to... either

1.) she hasnt really forgiven you about incident with the photos ( you did betray her trust and regaining her trust will take time)

2.) she is a very possessive woman and needs to take a chill pill

3.) she is hurt by your lack of respect for her feelings

and when i say that i mean if you cant notice that when you are checking out all these other women right in front of her face you might as well be sleeping with all of them because thats the sense of betrayal shes feeling with you regardless of if your cheating or not.... its still hurtful that she is just not enough for you. you HAVE to be staring at every other good looking woman that walks by. do you have any idea what you must be doing to her self esteem?... if i were you i would really consider if you want to be with this woman.. and if you do start being a man about it and BE WITH HER. go ahead.. look at other women.. (its only looking) but not right in front of her face. Thats just plain rude.
I've been her before. The whole invasion of privacy and everything. It's going to take a while, just get used to the fact. I take it you're in your 20's? and she is too right? This happened to me once in my 20's and once in my 30's. I handled it much better in my 30's. It takes a very mature person to be able to put it behind them. I still get tempted to bring it up every time we have an argument, but I don't. All it does is make things worse. I know my husband checks out other women in my presence, do I see him doing it? Never! He's really good! He knows how to do it inconspicuously, I do admit I help him do this. Because like you said, there are many beautiful women and you guys are just wired to admire us. I suggest that you try to not to let her see you looking. She will notice and appreciate the effort. You don't have to look at the ground, just not at another woman. As for the the bringing up, just as her to simply stop. It's not getting you anywhere. When you ask her this make sure that it is not in the middle of an argument. This may or may not work. The next time she brings it up, just don't even respond. Just shake your head and walk away. Don't try to argue back, just walk away. After two or three times of this, she will stop.
If you want her to get over it, then you must make sure that you make a real effort to show her that you are NOT looking at other women, no comments, and no eye contact with other women. Women have eyes in the back of their head and can sense you looking, not only that, but she will watch you, just to catch you. Throwing it in your face means it is NOT resolved and it seems like you both have some issues to deal with. I am married to a man, and he has never made me feel like his is looking at other women even if he does, I don't know about it and don't really care. Once you break that trust, it will be along time before it is restored, and that is the price you pay for being naughty.
Tell her to stop throwing it back in your face, she needs to move on and trust you

What I don't understand though is who you were sending dirty pics to? There's not many women who would want a stranger to send them dirty pics. Are you sure they weren't men who wanted the pics?

only way to figer that out is to go out with that guy that you like and that so you will know that if u found out that you are in love with that guy

Looking for advice from people that found it hard to deal with sexuality - what do u think of my situation? xx

All ive ever wished for is to settle down with a decent man, with a house and kids.

I am on the road to that now. He have just moved in together and I have a good job and he wants to settle down with me. Our parents are supportive and everybody thinks that all is well in the relationship.

BUT, it isnt that simple as 6 years ago I kissed my girl best friend. It was a complete shock to me, but I was taken aback by it. She turned me on so much and we got on great. This lasted about 5 years.

I didnt see her for about a year as my boyfriend doesnt get on with her so it made things akward as he more-or less banned me from seeing her.

I am now a bit confused as I want to carry on as normal with my boyfriend and make a go of it - I do like him....but I feel more myself with the girl, she understands me more, we have more in common and I feel alive with her.

I want to see her all the time, and tho nothing sexual has happened between us, i would be surprised if it doesLooking for advice from people that found it hard to deal with sexuality - what do u think of my situation? xx
Most people marry intending to have a monogamous relationship. It sounds like that is what your boyfriend expects. Under those conditions, it's not weird for him to ask you to stop seeing old lovers (whether you had sex or not).

I can't say whether you are a lesbian, a bisexual or straight. Only you can figure that out.

But it certainly sounds like there is something wrong with the relationship between you and your boyfriend. You shouldn't be moving in with one person and describing someone else as making you feel alive.

Frankly, if that girl is still single and trusts you enough to try having a relationship with you (apparently you did dump her for your guy), I would strongly suggest giving it a try. But if so, definitely do not move in with your boyfriend. In fact, don't move in with him regardless. Even if you are not a lesbian, and your girlfriend was just a fluke, it doesn't sound like he really gives you the satisfaction you deserve from a romantic relationship.

If you choose to pursue your old girlfriend, or some other girl, you don't have to tell your family anything. You are obviously an adult and free to make your own decisions. You only have to tell them as much or as little as you want.

Whether it is with a man or a woman you owe it to yourself to find someone who makes you feel ';alive'; the way your old girlfriend did.Looking for advice from people that found it hard to deal with sexuality - what do u think of my situation? xx
you may be bisexual . your family sounds like a cold bunch of people . best of luck .
The same things you said about her you should be saying about him, especially after six years. You should take a break from everything and figure out who you are. You need the freedom to experiment and sort out your feelings. Perhaps you're straight and just bored of the same or maybe you're gay and this is the first glimpse into another life. In any event your sexuality is not the issue. This is about you finding out what you want out of life and where your boundaries are.
When you were talking about your boyfriend you said ';i like him', not 'i love him'. You are making a mistake by moving in with this guy. I don't think you know what you want right now, you could even be a lesbian who is repressing it because you don't want to be disowned by your family. I think you should take some time to find out who you are and what you want, date around for awhile, find that RIGHT person, don't just settle down because you think the vision of the 'white picket fence' is the right one for you.
never let some one other than your parents make those kind of desisions for you you will come to hate him for it just keep looking you will find some one who is secure enough to deal with you having a girlfriend just wait it will be worth it and will save a ex husband

I need advice from people who have good relationship or have been gone out more than 1 time.?

I need advice from people who have good relationship or have been gone out more than 1 time.?
    1) don't be nervous just hang with him for awhile and be comfortable. he is your boyfriend so don't let him think that he doesn't like you. he likes you for who you are.

    2) give him a signal that ur gonna kiss him. then you eyes be little bit open and when lip touch close your eyes dark. and remember to move your head to the side cuz..u don't want his nose to be bump into yours. and remember to close your eyes cuz it's gonna be weird staring at each other.I need advice from people who have good relationship or have been gone out more than 1 time.?
Firstly, it's all natural! It'll come by itself!

This guy is with you for a reason, so relax around him. Try meeting up in places that are normal to you, where you feel comfortable, rather than going to new places with new people.

Yeah you close your eyes, but maybe once your lips have already met? I used to always open my eyes when kissing to check the expression on a guys face. lol.

Your main thing is learning to relax around this guy though.

    Good luck!
Just be yourself lol I know that sounds hard but its not, I went through the same phase as you but you will soon get over it. If you really do like him you will feel comfortable around him and as for the kissing part its NOT easy! I've went out with lots of guys and uptil today I still can't kiss, i mean my eyes just don't close! When I close me eyes and kiss I just burst out laughing LOL..Goodluck ;)
explain to him that you are nervous, you're scared of messing up and you've never kissed before so you want it to be careful...

he'll understand. but if you just keep acting weird he'll think that you don't like him or aren't happy..

you need to explain these things to him so he can accomadate them!
mmmmmm..interesting..well..jst relax dont be to negative..your bf will help u with that,,his the one to kiss u so dont think u will miss his lips..2nd..just enjoy the feeling everytime ur together..its up to u f u close ur eyes or nost..if ur comfortable then do it...dont wori men understands f a girl doesnt know how to kiss.it means that his not into a relationship before and hel understand..enjoy
First thing is, don't worry about screwing up, just be urself. And secondly whenever i've kissed a girl, i always start it, and they finish, oh, and i've never seen my gf close her eyes. :-)

    Hope this helps

    -Chad
You are just paranoid for nothing, unless he bites! Just relax and enjoy his company...I really think you know how to kiss? If you want to practice kissing just go up to the mirror and kiss your own lips off the reflection!
Lord girl. Calm down and your over thinking everything WAY too much. Relax for goodness sakes. He will tire of you being nervous all the time, not relaxing in his arms and such. Just lean on him, cuddle. It's fun and soothing. And as far as kissing goes, you can't really mess up. I remember one time I went in for a kiss and we both had our eyes closed and missed completely. We both laughed and then tried again. One person has to have their eyes open to navigate so lip contact is made lol. But once the kiss starts close your eyes and enjoy the sensations. Its all so simple. Don't stress so much. It all comes natural in the end anyway.
well I'm really not that experienced but i do know how you feel.

if your afraid to screw up be honest about it. If he really likes you, he will understand and will try to make you feel more comfortable, and if he doesn't understand or is rude to you then you deserve better. Find a way to laugh at your self. If you screw something, make a joke out of it. and only do what YOU want to do. don't feel pressured. talk to him more, be open with him.

and 2 (first of all it's not a weird question, everyone thinks it, most are just too shy to ask). yes you close your eyes but wait until you hit his lips before you do. uhm basically just let him lead you. Don't try too hard. It really isn't as scary as most people think it is. go slow and don't rush. and like i said before if you mess up just laugh, or make a funny comment to make him laugh.
okay:) first of all. if you love your boyfriend you should be able to be yourself around him and feel comfortable. dont feel nervous! i mean its normal to feel a little nervous but just tell yourself that he loves you and you should feel at ease around himm. i was always nervous around my current boyfriend of 5 months when we first started dating too.

and 2nd, kissing, just let it happen, you cant really ';practice'; for it, and from previous experiences looking up how to do it just confused you more! so seriously listen to me when i say just let it happen! And you might wanna shut your eyes cause it'd be a little weird if you two were staring at each other? haha:] hope that helped!
    1. Don't be nervous, which I know is easier said than done, but when you're close to someone, you shouldn't be nervous around them. Think about it, he wouldn't be with you if he didn't like you, so don't worry about screwing things up.

    2. Yes, close your eyes. I do admit with my boyfriend of 1 1/2 years (who is also my first) I found it hard to close my eyes at first (wasn't used to it lol), but it's much more nice if you have your eyes closed. When you're comfortable with each other you might want to try kissing with your eyes open, but this is entirely personal preference. If you miss his lips, try again, no biggie.

    Hope I could help :)
    1) i have been with my bf almost 2 years and still get buterflys when im with him sometimes! its normal! and you cant screw up with him putting his arm around you!

    2) i wouldnt kiss my bf for the longest cuz i never kissed before either but i just did it one day and it came natural i dont know if i was bad or good he didnt say but i guess it wasnt too bad cuz he loves to kiss me. and im sure your boyfriend would tell you what he likes and if he doesnt you can just ask him!oh and most people do close their eyes

Why is it that when people ask for advice they don't even use it?

Well i gave this guy advise for asking a girl out and he did the exact oppisite of what i told him and ended up getting slapped. Why did he ask me for advice in the first place if he wasn't just going to use it?Why is it that when people ask for advice they don't even use it?
Most of the time they just want reaffirmation on what they really want to do.Besides, as the word suggests( advice), you are not making the decision for that person but you are just giving them a choice to consider and it's up to them to use it or not.Why is it that when people ask for advice they don't even use it?
Some people are looking for reasons to share their problems with people, they don't care about the answers of advice they get back as long as they talk about it with someone. They want to talk but they already have solutions in their minds.
Some people who asked for some advices usually already have answer on their minds. They just want to hear the advice that agree with their answers.. They just want to hear what they want to hear and ignore the advices that go against their own.
I could tell you but would it matter.

Do you actually follow the advice that people on YA's give to you?

or do you just randomly select a best answer (by whoever has the most thumbs up etc..)Do you actually follow the advice that people on YA's give to you?
I read my answers and select the best possible choice. I have taken advice once and the person got the best answer the next day as a thank you...Do you actually follow the advice that people on YA's give to you?
    Thank you.

I don't ask questions on Y!A so sorry, no answer here!
depends upon the advice which is given. if the advice is correct and makes sense then yes I will definitely follow it.
some of its good, the rest is funny or I ignore it
I pick whichever answer is the funniest. I never really expect serious answers.
I do if it makes sense to do so!
I always read all the answers....then select the best....the one that speaks to me
    sometimes
Sometimes the sum of all the answers equals one great big good answer, and I pick the one that I am most entertained by!
The only question I asked wanting advice, I took the advice.

So, yes I do. I also gave them a thumbs up with their best answer.
    Yeah!!! It's good advice!!!
i give my best answer to the 1st person who ';actually'; answered the question that i asked. As for advice, i haven't had to ask for any as of yet.
    Sometimes.
    hahahahahahaha silly gurl
ive only asked one question and i tried to follow the advice. i look up other peoples questions and if the question applys to me i try to follow the guidelines set out in the answers

    do you follow the advice?
    Sometimes.

If they seem to know what the are talking about and give well thought out answers.
i try to follow the advice..i dont decide on thumbs up..i pick the best advice for my health

Arn't all these people giving advice of ';you need a divorce'; are the ones that end up in a divorce themselves?

Why do people give advice about area's of life that are pure crap as well in their own life? Just curious!Arn't all these people giving advice of ';you need a divorce'; are the ones that end up in a divorce themselves?
Umm..I didn't understand a word you said..Arn't all these people giving advice of ';you need a divorce'; are the ones that end up in a divorce themselves?
your wrong, been married 31 years, why don't you just go to another area and don't ask about divorce. Or just get the divorce and be done with it.
if you dont like people's advice you shouldnt ASK for their opinion, especially if you aren't prepared for the truth.
if i were you i'd just get a divorce
i don't no anything about that but i think its pretty simple if ur happy stay and if ur not go!. jeff
