cut out the soda and you might lose some weightOk people advice please on this Diet of mine?
My dad said that he lost the most weight by actually eating more then he usually ate but only healthly foods.

Just keep trying. You've only been at it for about two weeks.
The diet coke has got to go. Even though it is ';diet'; it is full of artificial sweeteners (splenda) which make you blow up even worse than regular soda. In general, all carbonated drinks are bad so just cut them out and you will do great. If you have to, limit yourself to one a week.

As for your diet it sounds pretty good. You may want to add in some snacks of fruit or yogurt in between breakfast and lunch and then lunch and dinner again. Also don't eat anything after around 6 or 7.

Good luck! It's only been about a two weeks so just keep working hard and you will lose. You could also increase your exercise to see if that will help.
Your diet sounds pretty good, and congrats on going eleven weeks without a cigarette! That's an awesome thing to do for your health!

One thing I would ask is - at lunch, is the bread you eat whole wheat/multigrain, or is it white bread? White bread has a lot of extra starchy calories that can ruin the good intention of a sandwich.

Also, try to replace your Diet Coke with water. While it doesn't contain ';sugar';, it contains a lot of chemicals that aren't very healthy and can contribute to that bloated feeling, not to mention the sweetness can make you feel more ravenous and hungry later on.

Good luck, keep it up, and stay strong! =)
