Advice for people with weight issues?

Hiya everybody,





First of all, if you feel uncomfortable with your weight take a step away from that mirror. We often see what is not there.


Secondly, recognise that food is NOT an enemy.





Really ENJOY your food.





If it makes you feel good, eat with friends. :)





Eat what you like! Just be sensible. Its not realistic to think ''I've had so many calories today''. Screw that nonsense!!


Food is full of nutrients your body needs for life.





MAINTAIN this healthy attitude to food.





And my last point, I think you are absolutely gorgeous no matter what you look like.

I could see that you haven't asked a question but given some advices.But I am afraid your advice won't do any good for people with high cholestrol,diabetes and blood pressure problems
