It's gonna sound crazy, but the best one i've found is Sally Hansen's Airbrush Tan. Cheap, and REALLY good. It's the only fake bake i've used that doesn't look orange, doesn't come off on your clothes, and is affordable. The trick is in the application: Shower first, shave, aFake tan advice please people!?
I used one from avon and it was amazing because it was a moisturiser with self tanner and it wasnt streaky but did have an unpleasant smell. I watched a tv show where Garnier spray tan was recommended. I have not myself tried it due to lack of money but it may be worth a try. Hope i helped.
dont use nutrogena. it only made me streaky orange.
St.Tropez is good and Fake Bake. It is quite dark so I guess it depends on what your after. If your after a lighter one go for the St.Tropez spray if your looking for darker get the cream or the mousse.
Really easy to put on, first you need to exfoliate paying particular attention to elbows, ankles, knees, hands and feet. Put a bit of moisturiser between your fingers and toes and a little on your hands, also apply around your hairline, eyebrows, ankles, knees and elbows.
Then if your using the cream stuff just start to apply. It will look really streaky at first but don't worry it will be fine. Try not to rub it in to much either just make sure it covers the whole of your body. (You may look like you've just stepped out of a mud bath but don't worry). When using the cream I usually just wait for it to dry properly then sleep with it on. In the morning wash it off in the shower and you'll have a gorgeous even tan.
The spray is a little easier but as I said not as dark. Still exfoliate and mositurise but then just spray on, wait for it to dry and get dressed. Spray only takes around 3hours to develop and you can't see it when you've applied it so no mud bath look!
Also, Johnson's and Dove's daily moisturiser tans are good too =)
i think the gradual ones are the best.
if you dont wanna buy one make your own.
just mix moisturiser with a blob of strong fake tan and it will help you guide your tan!
