Well, not usually unless someone is fixing to rip somebody apart, and then I might say something to the affect, you may want to think about it. You will hit this person and have several moments of pleasure and several years in jail. So will it be worth it? Other wise I don't normally give out my advice unless asked.

generally only when they ask for it, it is kind of a pet peeve of mine when people just offer up their advice. my mom does that all of the time and it annoys me
