She probably wants to be friends. Don't panic and don't delete her unless you don't want to be friends with her. A chance at friendship is something you should definitely go for. It would be a lot less awkward when you see each other on the street or other places. Be friendly towards her and maybe you can patch things up and stay friends. Talk to her and ask why she added you
theres no problem with being friends with someone if you were to delete her that would just be rude because i think thats a sign that she wants to be friends talk to her and chat (as friends)

If you feel there may be a chance of rekindling your ';thing';...keep her as a friend and see where it leads.

Close down your facebook page, and it will save you future dilemmas as such.:)
Not only should you delete her, you should delete your membership from Facebook and assume a new identity on a different site. After all, YOU started it!!! She should still be able to hook up with other guys on her site.
