well im starting to exercise and am wondering waht shoudl i do
i dont know that much and i need someone to be like my guide to tell me wat to do for example how may reps wat do i need to do give me videos or give me direction PLEASE HELPNeed advice for exercise people with experience plz?
eat healthy man...try this site...tell u what workouts to do for whatever part of body..n even if u want it give u a workout routine for a whole week n stuff...
