Young and pregnant, but i need some advice from you people about any welfare websites!!!!!?

i dont know how to sign up for anny pregnancy welfare sites, its hard half of them are closed can someone give me some websites besides wic??Young and pregnant, but i need some advice from you people about any welfare websites!!!!!?
you can't figure out welfare and want to bring a child into this world? i feel sorry for that kid.

another one on public aid.......... learn to keep your legs closed and how to say NO.Young and pregnant, but i need some advice from you people about any welfare websites!!!!!?
How about spending your time looking for a job instead of looking for a handout?

Taxpayers are not responsible for your poor choices. If you are able-bodied enough to use a computer you can find yourself a job.
the easiest way to get signed up for help is to go to DHS directly and the people there can help you with everything. good luck
why should i, as a taxpayer, have to pay for your mistakes?
your local health department and or walfare office.You can also check your state website like my in tennesse.gov your would be your state.gov
search wic and it will take you to the wic website
Depends on where you live - here in CA it's under the county's department of social services. Most counties require you to go in person.
yeah...google in Social Services Agency or Health Care Agency and it should bring up something...good luck!!
Try searching for the department of job and family services for your state or call the welfare office, it should be in the phone book.
google your states medicaid program. i.e. michigan public health services. it will take you a while, but you may find it. or call a health clinic they might be able to help. good luck
it all depends on what state you live in but contact your local county health and human services. they will help you!@!!
You need to go to your local DCFS (dept. children and family services) office or local WIC office they will direct you to the office locations and telephone numbers. There is TANF (temp. assistance for needy familys) Medicaid for you and your baby. Energy assistance and there are food pantrys they can give you locations to. You can also ask a local planned parenthood.
ask a social worker at a hospital ask where they issue food stamps they can tell you what else you may be eligble for nice your old enough to have sex and make a baby just not old enough to support it condoms are inexpensive or free depending where you get them lesson learned i suppose
If you go to a wic office they can help you find other places to go, help you get a medical card, a nutritionist, etc. I know you're looking for other options but just give wic a try, they help out SO MUCH.
This is actually really simple. (well depending in which state that you live). I live in California, but the best place to start is the Dept. of Health Services (maybe named different in other states).

If no luck there ask your doctor, he or she should be able to point you in the right direction.
You should go down in person to your local Dept. of Health and Human Services. They'll do an interview and tell you what you need to apply.
Contact your local hospital they should have free information on services available in your area.
Get proof from your doctor that you are pregnant and go to the Division of Family Services and see a counselor. She will know what to do. You will start getting financial help before the baby is born and also prenatal help, so don't waste any time getting signed up for help.
Go to google and type in your state and 'social services' or 'health department'...that should bring up some links.
Try a pregnancy center, they offer WIC plus whatever private aid programs there are in your community.

And ignore judgemental people like Caina. It's sad that they have to put down a pregnant woman in order to feel better about themselves.

Experience workout people give me advice on my workout.?

i am 5,8. 180 pounds. i used to work out but than i stopped. i have the shape of my body but not complete. now my muscles have been replaced with some fat. like my abs, love handle. i want to start work again and get in shape. i want to stay 180 pounds but replace the fat with muscle. my question is how much protein, carbs, fat should i take a day. also should i do heavy workout with low reps or light weights with high reps.Experience workout people give me advice on my workout.?
Diet isn't everything when it comes to weight training. However for your height and weight (assuming your about 20 years old) you need about 2700 calories per day to maintain your body weight. To lose the weight you can simply cut 500 calories per day (2200 or less).

To gain the weight back as muscle just workout for 20-30 minutes 5 times per week. Try to keep your heart rate between 100-140 beats per minute. Usually to gain the max amount of muscle mass low rep-high weight is best. For muscle tone high reps with low weight.

Mostly catholics & christians advice & if other people have good methods they can look too; hopefuly priest?

so for this years lent, i am having trouble keeping my promise for what i'm quitting for this month. any advice? its only happened once. please help me with advice to stop what i want to do.... for atleast until easter. any methods?Mostly catholics %26amp; christians advice %26amp; if other people have good methods they can look too; hopefuly priest?
As someone else has pointed out Lent is not about giving up or quitting something. In the traditional Catholic Faith, which is the only true faith wherein salvation can be obtained, the practice is to fast during the forty days of Lent, abstaining from eating meats on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays of Lent (as well as all other Fridays during the year). During the rest of those forty days meat is taken only once at the principal meal. Two other small repasts (breakfast and lunch) are to be of such a small quantity that together they do not add up to the principal meal of the day. Further these small meals should be of such portions that you still feel hungry after having eaten them. There is to be NO snacking in between these two repasts and one main meal. Juices, coffee, tea, milk and water can be consumed in any quantity. (Water especially helps to fill the stomach and relieve hunger pangs.)

Of course Sunday is never a day of fasting, but you should maintain the fast from midnight until you receive the Blessed Sacrament at Sunday Mass (even though this Eucharistic fast has been shortened to three hours for food).

If you attend the Novus Ordo or New Mass, this is no Mass at all and I would urge you to seek out and find the true Catholic Mass that is celebrated by true Catholic priests ordained by true Catholic Bishops.

Here are some of the traditional prayers from the true Catholic Mass:

';Almighty and everlasting God, Thou didst grant the remedy of Thy pardon to the Ninevites when they did penance in sackcloth and ashes; grant in Thy goodness that we may so imitate them in our behaviour that we, like them, may obtain forgiveness.';

';Thou dost purify Thy Church, Lord, every year by the observance of Lent; grant to Thy household that what we strive to gain from Thee by our abstinence, we may put to use in our good works.';

';Turn towards us, God our Saviour, and that this Lenten fast may profit us, train our minds with Thy heavenly instruction.';

';Look down upon Thy family, Lord, and grant that our souls, chastened by the mortification of the flesh, may glow in Thy sight with the desire for possessing Thee.';

';Look down upon us, O God, our protector; that we, who are weighed down by with our sins, having experienced Thy mercy may serve Thee with peaceful minds.';

';In all our actions, Lord, may Thy grace go before us and follow us, so that every prayer and work of ours may begin always through Thee and through Thee be likewise ended.';

Don't make promises to the Lord that you cannot keep, and don't think that you can do anything of yourself (by your own strength) for our help is in the name of the Lord. Did not our Lord say: ';Without Me you can do nothing.'; I don't know what it is that you promised but as long as it is not mortally sinful I would not worry about it. Even to miss recitation of the Rosary is not a mortal sin. Examine your conscience and make sure you are not becoming scrupulous.Mostly catholics %26amp; christians advice %26amp; if other people have good methods they can look too; hopefuly priest?
Remind yourself that JESUS is stronger than your temptations.

If we all knew what you are trying to give up it would be easier to give advice.
Remind yourself that you are stronger than the temptations.
I'd recommend practicing the devotion to the Seven Sorrows of Mary. See promise #4

The Seven Sorrows of Mary are as follow:

1. The Prophecy of Simeon

2. The Flight into Egypt

3. The Loss of the Child Jesus in the Temple

4. Mary Meets Jesus as He Carries His Cross

5. The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus

6. The Body of Jesus is Taken Down from the Cross and Placed into Mary's Arms

7. Jesus is Placed in the Tomb.

Mary wishes for us to pray one Hail Mary while meditating on each of the Seven Sorrows, for a total of seven Hail Marys. She has made the following promises to those who do this on a daily basis:

1. I will grant peace to their families.

2.They will be enlightened about the Divine mysteries.

3. I will console them in their pains and I will accompany them in their work.

4. I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my Divine Son or the sanctification of their souls.

5. I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.

6. I will visibly help them at the moment of their death, they will see the face of their Mother.

7. I have obtained this Grace from my Divine Son, that those who propagate this devotion to my tears and dolors, will be taken directly from this earthly life to eternal happiness since all their sins will be forgiven and my Son and I will be their eternal consolation and joy.
Repent. Temptations are just along the corner. Remember that this was the time where satan tempted Jesus.If you happen to attend the gospel last sunday. It doesn't matter if how many times we fall from sins, what matters was we go back and repent to renew our life.

Pray for guidance, meditate on everything wrong that you have done and try to change it slowly by slowly. You can,just put determination on anything you want to change.
Lent shouldn't be about giving up something for a month - it should be a time when you refocus on Christ and dedicate yourself to beginning a discipline that you can carry on afterward. Its about making a real change in your relationship with God.
Prayer, like the rosary, and frequent reception of the eucharist are my advice to strengthen the spirit and overcome weakness.

Hey people, I need to know some girl advice?

I like this girl, we met and everytime she sees me she smiles, but if i walk up to her table in lunch and say ';Hi'; to her is that creepy?Hey people, I need to know some girl advice?
You can never predict what will happen..but the one thing that is for sure...you'll regret it if you don't. Just be confident and be ready with some things to talk about.

There's gonna a million times in your life when you have to approach a girl, and no matter how cool you are, everybody gets shot down sooner or later. Just remember that the only girls worth being with are the ones who can appreciate you. If they reject you, it'll sting a bit, but you'll feel great knowing you had the courage to man up. I hung out with pretty and popular girls through highschool and college, and we've hurt plenty of guys egos. But in the end, we all ended up with guys who are real and had the courage to take a chance.

Good luck!Hey people, I need to know some girl advice?
No she will sounds like she really likes you. She will love that you have the guts to say hi to her. It is creepy if you roam by her table and don't say anything. Good job! Most girls leave it up to the guy to make the first move so start talking to her more. Once you get to know her a little better and you feel chemistry you'll get the courage to ask her out. Any girl would be lucky to go out with a guy who asks for advice, it shows you really like her. Good luck!!
Honey, thats the only way you'll ever get to talk to a girl. You dont have to say ';hi'; at lunch though. If shes in any of your classes then maybe start out by talking to her about school stuff and then get to know her a little bit. Hope this helps!
that's definitely not creepy! chances are she'll be happy that you've taken an interest in her. however, since you don't know her very well, i strongly suggest getting to know her before making a move of any sort. good luck!
I don't think it's creepy. If she smiles at you then she seems friendly and probably won't be put off with you walking up and talking to her. She could be just waiting for you to it.
Of course not. Some guys don't have the guts to approach a girl and so they send their friends to do the work. So, say hi and it'll head up from there. Good luck! (:
no absolutely most guys would not do that i think that you should talk to her and ask her how shes doing and how her day is and maybe it will turn into something you never now(:
Not at all.

You should even take it a step futher and asked to sit down and try to have a conversation with her. Try to see if she likes you as much as you like her.

Hope this helps.
say it casually and like you're talking to a friend.

Say, ';Hey I saw you so and so. My name is, so and so.';
NO its not creepy but dude if your going to do it try doing it when not alot of her friends are around it will be easyier for her!
That's not creepy at all. In fact, I wish a guy would come up to me and say hi rather than stare at me all day. It will let her know that you're interested in getting to know her better. Go for it! =)
no thats not creepy :)

you should ask her for lunch one day she will think your

really brave :D

vote me for best answer please
maybe ask to hang out with her . sit next to her . and get closer to her emotionally .

I have first hand experience with this stuff .

haha

Good Luck (:
no thats not. but u could wait for her at her locker or wait till the lunch bell rings and like catch her when ur walking down the hallway.
No. That's casual. She obviously really likes you, I would know....GEEZ, not a single guy will sit at my lunch table :)
not at all. you should be a little forward if you think she likes you and you are interested in her.
No that's not creepy, that's sweet!
not at all! lol girls usually hate making the first move so if she really is into you, it shouldnt be a problem! :) gud luck!
haha noo thats not weird at all. she would appreciate it a lot if you show her that you can talk to her in public.
no just dont be to pushy or all over her
No, it's sweet. Try to gather up some courage one day and chat with her ;)
Nope :)
You'll never know if you don,t try.

    I don't think it's creepy. It shows her that the two of you can be friends.
    Not at all, it shows you're friendly and want to talk to her.

    Don't over think it too much, it's just a hello. Gradually start talking to her more and get to know her better, and maybe it could turn into something
    no, its not creepy...its kinda sweet actually.. just make sure you dont over do it w/ a huge chessy smile :)
    That totally not creepy it will make her feel flattered.

    Born again Christains: ';I value your advice and opinions'; Is it Okay to be addicted to tellings people about?

    Jesus Christ and salvation through Jesus and the good news of the gospel?.Born again Christains: ';I value your advice and opinions'; Is it Okay to be addicted to tellings people about?
    When we are spiritually sealed %26amp;/or filled Christians; we are anointed by the Spirit of Truth who leads us in all the Lord has said.

    So instead of being addicted to those things we went to before Jesus saved us from that... We now are addicted to Jesus. Gods Word renews our minds. The Spirit renews our spiritual soul. We sing a new song. A song from our heart to God.

    The Lord tells us to not be overly drunk (alcoholics), but to instead be overfilled with Gods New Wine (the Holy Spirit). This is the best 'high' better than any drug or bottle can do. And with God, there is no withdrawals. If we try to withdraw from God. God lets us know that no one can take us out of His hands.

    So? I am very excited about the movie, 'The Cross, The Arthur Blessett Story'. All the reviews are great. I know who the Katina's are because they have been to my Church a few times (Their band sings in the movie). And Arthur has carried that cross around the world for 40yrs. That is symbolic of something. 40yrs has been a reoccurring time period throughout the bible. It is playing now. http://www.8x.com .

    Then Kim Clement is in town this coming weekend. I just started the http://www.kimclementschool.com (prophetic school).

    My Church is having the Easter play the following week, 'The Kingdom' http://www.riveroflifefellowship.org .

    Franklin Graham is able to build 10 new Churches in Sudan %26amp; 10 new schools. With permission from the President.

    I just had a message from the Father yesterday. He said that I would be seeing His Son, the King very soon. I would look Jesus in the eye, %26amp; He would look at me. That He will be standing up in Gods Bright Glory.

    And I saw a faint vision of Jesus standing high up, but not too far. He said 'Come hither.'. His right arm down straight. His left arm reaching slightly up toward many Holy Angels %26amp; Saints. I was to go up there with them.

    I felt special with this vision. But the Father is telling me that Jesus, the King, is coming very soon. To be ready. That He will look very majestic.

    So now is the time to follow Gods direction %26amp; share the Saving Gospel of Jesus Christ Kingdom. And it is OK to be addicted to Jesus.

    The Father wants us to love His Son. The Father loves His Son so much, and He loves us too. http://www.fathersloveletter.comBorn again Christains: ';I value your advice and opinions'; Is it Okay to be addicted to tellings people about?
    I'd be careful how and when you attempt this. You may do the very opposite of what you are attempting to do. Perhaps, take more time in your efforts to view your own life and ask yourself, ';Do others see me as a ';True Christian'; or am I just going through the stages and trying to convince myself. '; Please don't get offended by what I just recommended. If you are and do live as a True Christian or a true man after Jesus' heart, then this shouldn't bother you. It should challenge you ! It does me, each time I put myself in check to see if I'm behaving as Jesus would expect and God commands. If I can't be true to my own self, how can I be real to everyone else?

    Hope this helps, but I just don't think it's proper for us to go around trying to start up conversations with anyone, in particular someone who will mock and ridicule you when you leave their presence. I would much rather respect someone who tells me about myself rather than that person going to someone else saying, ';There goes that Holier than thou person!';

    In God's love

    Cajunboy
    Of course it is okay, Duh! Thats what Jesus told us to do. Also as a follower of Christ, you are not your own, you belong to Christ and to God the Father. Keep preaching the Gospal everywhere you go. The world needs Jesus and he needs your help. Let me pray for you right now. Father God, strengthen this persons heart, help them to mediatate upon your word and spend time daily in pursuit of intimacy with you. Prepare them Lord for the work you have chosen them to do. Let your Holy Name be glorified, Lord. Amen
    I understand how wonderful it is and how excited you are. I am happy for you finding peace and comfort. If someone expresses interest, tell away. Keep in mind not everyone follows the same path %26amp; they have the right to believe as they do. Some people have had negative experiences with religion and want nothing to do with it. Just respect and give some space to other people.

    ***************

    Cajunboy, that's an excellent answer. Thank you for respecting others faith.
    This is a very good ';addiction'; even though some people get angry such as the ever-present Atheists in here. But their opinions don't faze me a bit. Keep telling people and the good news will penetrate some hearts and make a big difference for all eternity.
    Peter advises us to ';Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,'; (1Peter 3:15) and Jesus tells us ';Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces.'; (Matthew 7:6)
    Jesus said to preach the Gospel.

    People got angry at Jesus for preaching the truth.

    It isn't up to atheists and anti-christians to decide to share the gospel or not.People (including those apposed to Jesus) need to hear.
    Do not believe you can be addicted to telling anybody about salvation it is a work given to us by God. Obedience not a addiction
    NOt addicted...but passionately yes...Hallelujah!
    It's awesome!! (Check out Carman's ';Addicted To Jesus'; on youtube!) :)
    Isn't Unsilenced Lioness a BAC?

    Say no more!
    How would they have time when they are too busy hatefully slagging off Jehovah's Witnesses.
    Thats what God wants us to do dude.
    Yes it is.God bless you
    Yes, that is our job, to go to Heaven %26amp; take as many people with us as we can!!!
